You know what the word “refurbished” means, right ? I wonder if you are allergic to it due to your inconvenience previous experience with some refurbished products maybe ? This Refurbished HP Laptop must be a different story and experience. How about if we start this discussion with this question : Is it only HP who does refurbish its product ? The answer is yours.

There is nothing to scare of with Refurbished HP Laptop as long as we have our trust on the good brand name reputation. Logically we are to ask ourself : this refurbishment must have been done by the HP authorized technicians. While HP is a reputable big name in laptop market industries so why should it endanger its own reputation by doing an irresponsible product refurbishment ? There is no point at all, right ?

The total volume of that Refurbished HP Laptop work will mean nothing to the regular revenue HP can make in a month. Before we go any further it is better to clarify the situation i.e. what kind of refurbishment is it, by whom and what for ? At my home country people is less likely to buy a Refurbished HP Laptop. For an undebatable reason that it is not clear who does the refurbishment and under whose permit ? Anybody may do that and simply claim it is done by this and that headquarter.

There was another case I remembered when a certain model of HP laptop was suddenly withdrawn with a vivid notice from the headquarter that a slight production mistake had happened. Then it is adviseable for every owner of that model to return it to any of his nearest HP outlets without necessarily to go back to where the place he bought it. Either it was a full money back refund or the owner might prefer to switch to other model and to receive or add payment compensation. No question asked on returning the meant model.

It was the only first time that model re enter the market with a vivid note it is a Refurbished HP Laptop. Same conditions of product warranty was given. Then yes people did not have even the slightest hesitation on their first trust to the company. The refurbished model was quickly sold out at special price. No complain is ever heard about it afterwards. That is what I call the power of trust.
