. Something told me that this laptop trouble will not bother me at all. The skillfull technician handle me very politely. After listening carefully to my explanation on what had happened and asked me back with some questions then he asked me whether I have time to wait for about 30 minutes ? No problem at all since I have all the time in the world with me. 20 minutes later he came back with my laptop in ON mode. Nothing broken, it was just kinda software conflict.
